Citywide Water Meter Changeover is Coming Residents will start receiving letters from Utility Sales Agency. This company has been hired by the City of Bedford to update the water meters to radio read meters. Utility Sales Agency will be working in one section of the city at a time. This changeover will begin this month and continue throughout 2017.
