O.A.C.
is a Collaborative Partnership in southeast Cuyahoga County
seeking to provide effective delivery of programs and
services to older adults. Participating organizations
are committed to sharing resources to meet the needs of
older adults and enhance their quality of life.

Mission of the Older Adult Connection is to provide older
adults with accessibility, affordability and availability
